When using custom audiences built from product views, do these audiences auto-refresh in real time or only update every 24 hours?

If I am creating a custom audience for Instagram account and Facebook page users does that list automatically update if I’ve done it let’s say over the course of 180 days also that would be the same thing for the look-alike audience I am not using any sort of pixel. I just wanna find out if it would automatically update.
