I had my client create a new ad account with the correct time zone. But it’s not showing up under the business settings where you can see the different ad accounts that are made. Is there a delay from Facebook when creating another ad account? Or something else?

My ads account got restricted due to payment failed. However there is sufficient funds.Backup payment also failed.

So today my ads account got restricted due to payment failed. However there is sufficient funds. Backup payment also failed. I try to pay manually says declined. I talk to support they are no help.

How can I fix this? It's a business ad account. Can I just create a new ad account from the business manager and use a different card for payments?

I have a new business manager and have only one ad account, in ad account payment settings there is no option to enable automatic billing but have an option to add funds, is there any way to enable automatic billing?
