I allocated $5 per day at the campaign level, and the ads were approved and started running on Friday, 6/20. Meta has only spent $1.14 since Friday for 32 impressions. The ad sets cover video and stills, and I score 100% from Meta as far as using all forms of ad placements. I'm really confused.
