I allocated $5 per day at the campaign level, and the ads were approved and started running on Friday, 6/20. Meta has only spent $1.14 since Friday for 32 impressions. The ad sets cover video and stills, and I score 100% from Meta as far as using all forms of ad placements. I'm really confused. I duplicated a previously run campaign yesterday afternoon, everything looks approved and active (it sat in the processing stage for several hours but has been active for the last 10 hours) but it has not spent a single dollar. I know I saw people had an issue with this about a month ago, but it has never happened to me.
