I am working on SPA site and facing issues with custom UTM parameter revenue tracking. Wanted to check with you all regarding a fix which I am thinking and its consequences.

I am reading UTM parameters from URL and storing it in cookies using custom javascript in GTM variable. Then I read the cookies in GTM and created 5 variables for utm like utm source medium etc. Then i am passing these variables in Google Tag Configuration settings variable. Is this a correct approach?

Will it affect my other channels traffic like organic traffic, facebook, tiktok etc ?

Any reason? Why is it firing on each page? I haven't set any conversion tracking yet.

Also I do not see any Conv label in the hit in the Network tab?

Why is Google adding ?srsltid= to all our indexed URLs after the Aug '24 update—anyone found a fix?

We’re running into an issue with our website—Google is appending srsltid to all our indexed URLs. This started showing up after the August 2024 update. Oddly, URLs look normal on other search engines—this seems to be a Google-only situation.

Just to clarify: we’re not using Google Merchant Center, and we don’t sell any products. We’ve already blocked ?srsltid= in robots.txt, assuming it would sort itself out over time, but no changes yet.

Unfortunately, this has started impacting our organic traffic. Has anyone seen something similar or figured out a fix?
