My manual research is taking forever. Any recommendations for a platform that can show me what kind of content is going viral for my industry?

Facebook previews work perfectly fine. But my Instagram Ad preview is completely blank....

I am a marketing manager for a new sustainable fashion brand. I've been diligently setting up my first major Meta ad campaign, targeting Instagram. I've followed all the initial troubleshooting steps, and let me list that all here,

I've cleared your browser cache, tried Incognito mode, and even switched from Chrome to Firefox.
I've double-checked my image – it's a high-quality JPG, 1080x1080 pixels (perfect 1:1 ratio), and well within the file size limit. I've tried re-uploading it three times.
I even tried swapping it out for a simple, brightly colored graphic with just text, just to see if any image would preview, but still nothing for Instagram placements. Facebook previews work perfectly fine.

But my Instagram Ad preview is completely blank. Can you help?

I'm trying to connect my Facebook ad account (created inside Business Manager) to my Instagram account so I can switch to it inside Instagram Ad Tools.

I’ve done all the steps I usually do: added the Instagram account to my Business Manager, assigned the ad account and Facebook Page as assets, and confirmed everything is connected properly.

The ad account shows in the same business portfolio on desktop when I access Instagram browser version under Ad Payments(Instagram ads manager) , but it doesn’t show as a switchable option inside the Instagram app. This used to work before , wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue or if it’s a recent update from Meta?
