<title>I’m supporting a client with an issue in Messenger for their Facebook Page. They’re unable to see the microphone icon</title>

<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;color:#000000; font-family:Arial; font-size:10pt&quot;&gt;I’m supporting a client with an issue in Messenger for their Facebook Page. They’re unable to see the microphone icon (for sending voice messages) when chatting via their Page.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Here are the details:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The issue happens when using Messenger as the Page, not as a personal profile.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They&#039;ve tried using both the Messenger app and Meta Business Suite, but the mic icon doesn’t appear.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Microphone permissions are enabled, and the feature works fine when using their personal Facebook account.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Interestingly, when I access the same Page from my phone using my Page access, the microphone icon does show up normally for me in Messenger.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So it seems to be specific to the client’s setup, not the Page itself.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Has anyone run into this before? Any known fixes or settings they might need to check?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
