Now accidentally I ran out of funds in the care that responsible for the account and my account got restricted I managed to reinstate it the same day but now all my ads are not delivering, I’ve also notice that each day they have completely different behaviour (1 day the static images perform the other the reel perform)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyone have an idea what’s going on?</description>

I cant create a new business portfolio as well because i max out of 2 and the other is also restricted due to outstanding balance which i dont have, and when i click pay balance nothing happen, back to payment issue all over again. The pixel is installed and is tracking page views and conversions correctly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have a custom audience configured for &#039;All website visitors&#039; with retention period 90 days. And yet this audience (which has been fully processed and active for months) is still less than 1,000 users.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Even accounting for the fact that there will be multiple page views per user, it seems like my retargeting audience should be much bigger than it is. Any ideas why this might be?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
