I am a marketing manager for a new sustainable fashion brand. I've been diligently setting up my first major Meta ad campaign, targeting Instagram. I've followed all the initial troubleshooting steps, and let me list that all here,

I've cleared your browser cache, tried Incognito mode, and even switched from Chrome to Firefox.
I've double-checked my image – it's a high-quality JPG, 1080x1080 pixels (perfect 1:1 ratio), and well within the file size limit. I've tried re-uploading it three times.
I even tried swapping it out for a simple, brightly colored graphic with just text, just to see if any image would preview, but still nothing for Instagram placements. Facebook previews work perfectly fine.

But my Instagram Ad preview is completely blank. Can you help?

Facebook’s ad preview shows the correct link, but when clicked in the live ad, it leads to a 404 page.
