<description>I was running my ad account smoothly for months, getting great results for my client. Then, out of nowhere, I got a vague notification saying my account was restricted for a policy violation. I went straight to the Account Quality page to appeal, but the &amp;quot;Request Review&amp;quot; button was grayed out. My account is active, I haven&amp;#039;t changed anything, and now I&amp;#039;m completely stuck with no way to appeal.</description>
