Why is there a mismatch between GA4 conversions and Google Ads conversions in Performance Max campaigns?

I’ve set up GA4 and Google Ads with linked conversions, but my PMax campaign shows 30 conversions in Ads and only 12 in GA4 for the same period. Everything is tagged correctly, and goals are aligned. Is this normal?

Been running for about 5 days now. Is there anything I can do to fix my landing page views? I don't get it, 252 clicks and none of them allowed the page to load.

My data is so inconsistent that I can not read what is working and what is not. Plus tracking is under reporting
