Currently, Meta does not provide direct retargeting options for users who engage with Threads ads. Unlike Facebook and Instagram, Threads has limited ad targeting capabilities and does not yet support custom audiences based on engagement.
However, advertisers can still leverage Meta's broader retargeting tools, such as website visitors (via Meta Pixel) or customer lists, to reach users who may have seen their Threads ads elsewhere on Meta’s ecosystem. As Meta continues integrating Threads into its ad platform, more retargeting options may become available in the future.
