For those who don’t want the heavy lifting, the Indirect CSP model is perfect. Here, you partner with a distributor (also called an Indirect Provider). The distributor handles things like billing and advanced support, while you focus on growing your customer base and delivering great service.
There’s also the distributor level itself, where large providers supply tools and resources to help resellers succeed.
