Many advertisers have experienced sudden account disables after funding changes, especially lately. Meta’s system can automatically flag activity like adding new payment methods, unusual billing patterns, or rapid fund increases as "suspicious," even if everything is legit.
- Stay on the support ticket: Reply once every 48–72 hours to keep it active without spamming. This helps move your case forward in the queue.
- Use live chat (if available): In Business Manager → Help → Contact Support → Chat. It’s faster than waiting on email sometimes.
- Escalate via Facebook Business Support: If no progress after 7 days, request escalation to the internal appeals team.
- Prepare backup: Start setting up a new Business Manager and new payment method (under different email, card, IP if necessary) in case this account isn’t reinstated soon.
