We have a few old closed/disabled ad accounts and we have learned that these still count towards our max of 8 allowed accounts. So that means we only have 5 active ad accounts we can actually use. And Meta will not grant us more ad accounts. I submitted a request but was denied. Any advice?

Yep, this is a pretty common roadblock, Meta counts all ad accounts (active, closed, or disabled) toward your Business Manager’s total limit, which is typically capped at 5–8 depending on your history, spend, and account health. 

And unfortunately, even closed or disabled accounts still count toward your cap, which can really restrict scaling or testing flexibility.
