If your Sponsored Products ads are running but you're not seeing conversions and Ad Manager is flagging your offer as “not eligible for listing,” here’s what might be going on — especially since you're the only seller and using FBA:
1) Buy Box Loss (Yes, even if you're the only seller)
Amazon can still remove you from the Buy Box due to pricing issues (e.g., too high vs. market), account health, or suppressed listings. If you're not winning the Buy Box, your ads won’t show or convert.
2) Suppressed Listing
Check your listing under “Manage Inventory.” If it’s suppressed (often due to missing images, title issues, or category errors), Amazon will still let you spend on ads — but they won’t drive sales because the product isn’t fully active.
3) Inactive Offer Due to Pricing or System Glitch
Sometimes a pricing threshold (e.g., compared to historical price or MSRP) can make your offer ineligible. Other times, it's just a temporary Amazon glitch (shocker, I know). Try tweaking the price slightly to trigger a refresh.
4) FBA Inventory Issue
Even if you have stock, if Amazon hasn’t fully received or marked it as “available,” the offer can temporarily show as inactive or not eligible.
