I want to create Lookalike audience in a currently Retargeting campaign, Which lookalike audience should i create? My current budget for 2 adset ( ATC ) Is 1000pkr, Do i need to inc the budget or what do u think?

Since you’re retargeting Add to Cart (ATC) users, your strongest signal for a lookalike would be one of these:

Lookalike of Purchasers (best if volume is decent)

If you’ve had at least 100 purchases in the past 30–60 days, create a 1% Lookalike of Purchasers. It's high-quality and buyer-focused.

Lookalike of Add to Cart (ATC)

If purchases are low, use your ATC audience as the source to create a 1% LAL of ATC users. It’s the next best thing to buyers.

Bonus: Lookalike of Website Visitors (Last 30 Days)

Broader and good for scaling if ATC or purchase volume is too low.

Budget Recommendation
