If your NGO campaign has a solid $350/day budget, high-search-volume keywords, excellent ad strength, and still shows zero impressions, something behind the scenes is blocking delivery. Here's what could be going wrong:
1) Disapproved Ads or Policy Restrictions
NGO-related ads often fall under sensitive categories (e.g. politics, religion, fundraising), and Google may silently restrict them without a formal disapproval notice. Check the Policy Manager for flags.
2) Bidding Strategy Misalignment
If you're using manual CPC and the bids are too low, your ads might not even enter the auction—especially for competitive keywords. Try switching to Maximize Clicks to test delivery.
3) Overly Narrow Targeting
Check your location, language, or device targeting. If your geo-target is too small or misconfigured, impressions can drop to zero.
4) Keyword or Match Type Conflict
Even with 100K+ search volume, Google may mark certain keywords as low search volume or ineligible if they’re too niche or paired with restrictive match types.
5) Negative Keywords Blocking Delivery
Cross-check your negative keyword list—it might unintentionally cancel out your main terms.
6) Paused Elements or Campaign Issues
Ensure the campaign, ad groups, and ads are all enabled and approved. A paused ad group will stop everything, even if the campaign is active.
7) Billing or Account Limitations
A pending identity verification, billing flag, or account restriction can silently pause ad delivery.
