If your campaign has low spend after a few hours, here are a few quick things to check:
Is your budget high enough?
Sometimes campaigns start slow if the daily budget is very low or pacing cautiously (especially new ad accounts).
Still in review or learning phase?
New campaigns can take time to exit review and begin delivering fully. Give it up to 24 hours.
Audience too narrow?
If your targeting is super specific, Meta might struggle to find people within your set criteria — try widening it a bit.
Bidding strategy?
If you’ve set a cost cap or bid limit, it might be too restrictive. Test using lowest cost or remove bid limits.
Ad set scheduling or time zone issue?
Double-check if it’s set to run immediately, and make sure you're not in an off-peak window for your audience.
If everything looks good but you're still stuck, duplicating the ad set and starting fresh (with slight tweaks) can sometimes kick things into gear.
