Quick Fixes to Try:
Clear your browser cache
Sometimes a full cache can cause weird UI glitches in Ads Manager. Clear it and reload — that alone has fixed this issue for some users.
Switch browsers or devices
Try accessing Ads Manager in Incognito Mode or a different browser like Firefox or Edge. If it works there, the problem is likely browser-specific.
Reset filters
Ads Manager often “remembers” old filters. Click “Clear All Filters” even if none appear active — ghost filters could be messing with your view.
Use the “Customize Columns” option
Sometimes the display bug is column-related. Reset to default or customize the view again — it helps refresh the data sync.
Try the Ads Manager App (Mobile)
Weirdly enough, the mobile app sometimes shows everything correctly when the desktop version is bugging out. Worth a try for quick edits.
Still Not Working?
If none of that works, try these:
It’s likely a temporary UI bug (Meta’s had a few lately). Try clearing cache, switching browsers, and resetting filters. If it persists, report it and use Ads Reporting for now to keep working.
