What you're seeing is actually pretty common on Amazon.
Basically, Amazon’s search algorithm sometimes tries to be “helpful” by auto-correcting or redirecting searches if it thinks the user misspelled something — even when they didn’t. So if your brand name is a bit unique, new, or close to a common word, Amazon might swap it out for what it thinks the user meant… and that can push your ad out of the results.
Why your ad isn’t showing:
Amazon is likely auto-correcting the search to a different word.
Your brand might not be well-indexed yet, so Amazon doesn’t recognize it as a “real” brand term.
You’re probably not bidding on the misspelled or corrected version, so you don’t show up for it.
What you can do:
Try adding your brand name and common misspellings as exact match keywords in your ad campaigns.
Consider running Sponsored Brands Ads to claim the top space for your actual name.
If you haven’t already, enroll in Brand Registry — it helps Amazon treat your brand name as legit.
Also, sprinkle your brand name into your product title, bullets, and backend keywords — that helps with organic indexing.
And if it’s really off-base, you can always open a support ticket with Amazon Ads and ask them to review the behavior.
