While Facebook Business Manager doesn’t have a dedicated “Clients” section like an agency CRM, you can absolutely organize multiple client assets — it just takes a bit of setup.
Here’s how:
Request Access to Client Assets
Instead of creating new ad accounts, request access to each client’s existing Pages, ad accounts, Pixels, etc.
Go to Business Settings → Accounts → Pages/Ad Accounts → Add → Request Access.
Use Labels or Naming Conventions
Create Separate People or Partner Roles
Use Business Portfolio (if available)
If you’re handling more than a few clients, consider applying for Meta Business Partner status — it gives you more tools to manage multiple client accounts in one place.
