Yep, unfortunately, this kind of Business Manager disablement is more common lately — especially with Meta tightening up enforcement across ad accounts, pages, and even CAPI setups.
A few things you can do right now:
Appeal immediately using the “Request Review” option shown in the notification (if available). Be polite and clear — say you believe it may have been an error and that you’re happy to comply with all Meta policies.
Check connected assets (ad accounts, pages, pixels) for anything suspicious — like disapproved ads, restricted content, or sudden spend spikes.
If you're managing client assets, make sure you're not mixing ownership. Meta prefers when each business owns its own ad account, pixel, domain, etc.
Go to Meta Business Help and try live chat (usually available during business hours) — that’s often quicker than the review form alone.
And yeah, you’re not alone, I've seen many ad accounts or BMs get flagged even when nothing seems wrong. If it gets fully restricted, you might need to create a new Business Manager and keep assets as separate and compliant as possible.
