If you’re seeing the “Something went wrong” error when trying to accept a Meta Business Suite invitation — and it’s affecting all invited users — the issue is likely on the inviter’s side, not yours. Here's how to troubleshoot and fix it:

1. Check Business Verification Status

If the Meta Business account hasn’t been verified (business documents, legal name, etc.), it can block invites from working correctly — especially for sensitive access roles.

How to fix:
Ask the business owner to go to Business Settings → Security Center and complete verification.

2. Re-send the Invite with the Correct Email

Make sure the invite is sent to the email address associated with your Facebook/Meta profile, not just any business email.
