If you have a registered trademark (which you do), it’s one of the strongest levers to force Meta to take action.
Steps to Strengthen Your Trademark Infringement Report:
File under Trademark Infringement, not Hacked Account
→ Meta is legally obligated to act on valid IP claims.
Provide Ironclad Proof
Trademark registration number
Screenshots of the page, current admins, and infringing content
Examples of customer confusion (people mistaking the hacked page for your official one)
Call Out the Unauthorized Admin
Clearly state that the person managing your page is not authorized and is using your trademarked page without permission.
When framed as an IP violation instead of a technical “hack,” Meta’s legal department has far less room to ignore the case.
