Amazon automatically suppresses coupons when they don’t meet the minimum budget or campaign requirements set by the platform. Each coupon must have a certain minimum spend (usually $100 total campaign budget) to stay active, and if your budget dips below that threshold, Amazon pauses or removes the coupon. Another common cause is promotion overlap, when you have multiple discounts running on the same ASIN. In such cases, Amazon’s system prioritizes one and suppresses the others to prevent stacking or pricing errors.
It’s also important to monitor your account-level coupon balance in the Advertising tab. This acts like a wallet that funds all your active coupons. If that balance runs out, your coupons will automatically disappear from listings, even if the campaign is still active. Regularly reviewing your coupon budget, start and end dates, and overlapping promos ensures your offers stay live and visible to shoppers without interruption.
