Will Amazon penalize me for all my bank declines?- I'm worried.

Recently, my amazon seller account had been restricted without warning and I couldn’t log in,  view orders nor update anything… yet, Sponsored Ads were still running in the background like nothing happened and coz of this i had many bank declines while payments...Will Amazon penalize me for all my bank declines?- I'm worried.

This may hurt you long term when

Amazon’s main “penalty” here is operational: restriction on your account and ads, and they will keep trying to collect the outstanding amount. It is not usually treated like a policy violation (safety, fraud, counterfeit, etc.) as long as you resolve it promptly.​

Where sellers do get into serious trouble is when they ignore the issue or initiate chargebacks claiming fraud. Repeated or unresolved chargebacks can lead to permanent account closure because Amazon sees that as high financial risk.
 

So yes, it is serious and must be fixed quickly, but a cluster of bank declines during a restriction period, by itself and then resolved, usually does not mean Amazon will permanently punish you.
