No big FBA fee hikes happened in November 2025. Amazon promised fee stability for the year, with no increases to core US referral or fulfillment fees. Instead, some costs went down, and new perks were added to help sellers. But sellers are feeling the pinch from future 2026 changes already announced in October (effective Jan 15, 2026).
Moreover, no direct November squeeze: Core per-unit fees stayed flat, so your daily margins aren't hit harder this month. But Q4 holiday sales mean higher volumes, so total fees add up more.
Positive tweaks:
Inbound placement fees dropped ~$0.58 per unit for bulky items (saves money on shipping to Amazon).
New products get free inbound fees for the first 100 units under the FBA New Selection Program (Dec 1, 2024–Mar 31, 2025).
Low-price items (<$10) got a bigger discount (from $0.77 to $0.86 per unit starting Jan 2025).
Margin impact: These cuts help—small sellers might save 2-5% on logistics-heavy SKUs. But if you're overstocked, long-term storage fees (up to $0.94/cu ft after 22 weeks) can still eat 1-3% of profits.
